"Saw reviews about renovating issues and was a bit concerned Found that not an issue with my stay Room was clean and comfortable Great nighttime staff Jayden was great in helping me understand the locking mechanism Kristi Banks was great with multitasking during a fire alam drill Mamoon was extremely friendly Management should not let them find another hotel chain to work for Id definitely return if the same staff stays on board Great experience overall"

"It was a small hotel but very nice. Friendly staff too! Layla was excellent and so friendly, she deserves a raise! It was graduation week so there was some celebrations going on really late. So we called front desk and Kadeisha took care of it for us! She deserves a raise too!!"

"We so enjoyed staying at this inn. We didn’t know it was in a country club with access to several of the amenities of the club. The room was beautiful, the innkeeper was very accommodating and any of the staff we ran into were lovely. A short drive to the closest metro station, we spent a day in DC, & the 2nd day in the rolling hills of northern VA in wine country where we had good wines & enjoyed a lovely dinner at a recommend spot. We would stay here again. "

"This is a temporary living arrangement while AC unit was not keeping up with the 100+ degrees weather. Our 2 nights stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Herndon-Reston made the hectic couple of days not only less stressful but enjoyable. Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. This hotel is well kept and inviting, and I highly recommend this place. "

"Fixtures in the room were a bit old and I wish there was more door stoppers in their room as the location of some doors hit directly into a mirror or wall. Poor placement. The closet door was broken as well."
