"Room was a perfect temperature "

"Decent hotel for having an early flight out. There was a lot of kids running down the hallways past 11 pm but can't blame the hotel for bad parents. "

"There was no ice machine working on any floor . Rooms beside us were so noisy at 2 am and 6 am u could not sleep. Yes we got moved to upgrade but what a hassle and after 2 nd time we complained. Maybe people making racket should move ,like to the street "

"Our stay at the hotel was extremely disappointing, largely due to poor communication and subpar customer service.First, we were not informed at the time of booking that the pool and spa were under renovation, this was the main reason we chose this hotel, and the lack of transparency was frustrating. During our stay, the power went out for several hours. I had to escalate the situation and ask to speak with a supervisor to get assistance with storing and warming my baby’s pumped breast milk. This caused significant stress and disrupted my baby’s feeding schedule.The overall service from staff was disappointing; they came across as rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. In addition, the heater in our room was not functioning properly, and housekeeping services were not provided unless we specifically requested them.Overall, this experience fell far below expectations, and we will not be returning."

"Our plane was delayed and we didn’t arrive in Winnipeg until 3AM a quick call to the front desk and a very nice friendly driver showed up in 10 minutes in a warm shuttle. He dropped us off at the hotel. The front desk clerk was equally as friendly. We were in our room before 3:30 We could not ask for any better service "

"For the price it was poor condition. I prebooked so didn't realize. The room wasn't ready when i arrived at 5. For 225 plus tax it wasn't great. The shower didn't work properly. The pool was great but other than that, it wasn't good. I might not have left a review if i paid much much less. "
