"Be aware the parking for this location is public parking and may not be available. If you are walking, the center of town is approximately a 20 minute walk and you share the road with vehicles. There is a walking lane, but at times there are drivers who drive close to pedestrians as well as areas where the walking lane ends. "This was a lucky and incredible find!! Summer in Lake Como is very busy and I was lucky to find this beautiful hotel. The location, Tremezzo is perfect. You are walking distance to bars and restaurants and importantly a stones throw from a bus stop and ferry stop. The owners and staff are kind and very welcoming. "liked nearly everything though took one star off for only having one very small, slow lift. I do realize though it isn't easy to install modern larger lifts in a historic building I also took 1 star off for a lack of sunshades in the pool area - there wasn't very much shade from trees and with temperatures up to the mid thirties there were only 2 sunshades!"

"Absolutely LOVED our stay here! The staff was very friendly, our room was great and had a really chic old money vibe. The view from the balcony was GORGEOUS!!!
