Most of all our host Laura was fantastic! She communicated with us from the time we booked until the time we checked out. She was so pleasant and helpful! "Wir waren 2 Nächte dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist super, man ist in 10 Minuten in der Altstadt und von dort kann man leicht zur Fähre etc. gelangen. Die Zimmer waren süß, leider etwas hellhörig und hell, aber ausreichend zum übernachten. Frühstück ist zum ankreuzen und war in Ordnung. Parken konnten wir für eine Pauschale auch direkt im Hof. Wir würden es für einen Aufenthalt am Lago di Como nochmal wählen. :)"

"Unbeatable views but that's about it. No elevator. Had to lug all of our luggage upstairs ourselves. No help from the staff. Rooms are incredibly outdated and dilapidated. The TV is smaller than my laptop. The shower is the size of a shower on a cruise ship. The restaurant on property is just ok. They try too hard to serve fancy food instead of sticking to a traditional, simple Italian menu. If it wasn't for the incredible view it would have been a total bust."

"Very cute apartment in the center of Bellagio with many amenities and central location, but bed mattress was too soft and uncomfortable, gave us backaches just after a few hours. Also because it is in the center of town, you can hear people on the street talking constantly until late at night. If you even open the window you'll see all of the people right below you."
