"Best room we've had in my entire 11 nights tour in Italy where we stayed in 5 other hotels before arriving at Sant' Anna hotel. Size of room was big (relative to the other rooms elsewhere), and the room deco had a "wow" effect when we opened the door. "The best thing was that it is right outside the Vatican and close to restaurants and shopping. Expedia says breakfast included, it wasn’t. Not enough hot water pressure in the faucet and took too long to get the hot water. Dated furniture. The manager, Cynthia was very helpful and speaks very good English. No front desk. "
