"Convenient location if you're going to visit around Vatican City and St. Peter Square. Host Silvia is very helpful and attentive. There is a shuttle bus connecting from/to airport T3 to/from the apartment (with 15 mins walk from/to bus station). We stayed 2 nights. Room was clean and spotless."

"Best room we've had in my entire 11 nights tour in Italy where we stayed in 5 other hotels before arriving at Sant' Anna hotel. Size of room was big (relative to the other rooms elsewhere), and the room deco had a "wow" effect when we opened the door. Best of all, lots of table space to place luggage, lots of clothes hangers and functional amenities. "A really beautiful place to stay, right opposite the Vatican wall. Nicoletta and Alessandro are such kind and welcoming hosts. I was so, so grateful for the kindness shown in arranging to check me in half an hour late when my flight was late landing. With no wifi on train journey from the airport to contact them I was starting to panic, but I didn't need to worry. Alessandro greeted me at the property and showed me everything I needed to know to make my week's stay there perfect. Beautiful room...

"Cianza muy amable estuvo al pendiente de nosotros todo el tiempo y nos permitió la llegada un día después del check in (que por motivos del vuelo tuvimos que retrasar) Lo único que vimos de malo y no fue por el lugar es que a la llegada desde la estación St Pietro Google nos mandó por unas escaleras y calles empinadas (que con maletas fue horrible) Isabella nos dio otras rutas para poder llegar mejor !
