"The staff was the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered. They were the reason for my 5 stars. They called a cab for my return to the airport and made checkout and check in a breeze. The cleaning staff was also very nice, and made sure I had enough towels, etc. room was very clean and it centrally located in the French quarter . I only wish I had access to the pool when I was there. They did offer access to their neighboring hotel’s pool. Other downside was no fridge in room I would have loved to keep cold waters in there with the heat. Otherwise I still enjoyed my stay and was well worth the value."

"We only stayed one night. Breakfast had a lot to choose from. Could have been cleaner (windows cloudy), and a previous person left a sock under the slide-under footrest for the chair that there’s no telling how long it has been there. Overall, I would stay again. I like that the rooms had a hard floor instead of carpet, because that feels cleaner/less allergens. It looks like an older property that they are trying to fix up. Pictures on hotels.com had a nice pool, but the description has it marked out as an option. I hope people pay attention to the description instead of the pictures. We knew, so it wasn’t a disappointment to us."
