Once we got up the front stairs with our bags we were greeted, registered and on our way to our fifth floor room in the cozy but efficient elevator. "I was impressed how well the staff handled the difficult situation in which I needed to relocate to another hotel since the room I booked was not available anymore. One of their team members took us to another (very nice) hotel, paid for the taxi, ensured express checkout and made sure the breakfast was included.
