"I loved everything about this hotel! The check in process was seamless and the lady at the desk was most kind. Now the room - I didn’t want to leave. I wanted to explore more of Larnaca, but I stayed in my room a lot. I enjoyed my balcony for hours before I left. I can’t wait to visit again and I would absolutely make the same choice! "

"If you're looking for "Urban Comfort Apartments", it's actually "Eviathe Apartments" which is above the entrance to the property. We thought we were at the wrong place! Gaining entry was really easy with the key safe. The property is exactly as shown in the pictures. It was just what we needed for a 13 night stay in Larnaca. "The hotel was centrally located in Larnaca, near the main attractions at Finikoudes Beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful, *especially* Chef Jimmy! What a legend! I was chatting with him one morning over breakfast that he made and mentioned that my wife and I were on our honeymoon. Breakfast that morning was comped and he surprised us the next day with a bottle of bubbles. Great customer service and excellent hospitality. We will miss him and hope to see him again when we return....

"Moderne Wohnung, grosse Terrasse, gute Lage. Pool auf dem Dach ist klein und das Wasser viel zu warm, somit für mich unbrauchbar."

"Great location. My room had a balcony with a view of St. Lazarus church. Both ladies I met at reception very nice and super helpful. Their tip on a restaurant was excellent. The room is a bit outdated, but clean, you have all you need incl. well working aircob and again location, location, location and super friendly staff."
