"We had a bit of a bumpy start eith reception after arriving in the evening to what was a note saying back in 20 mins ehich wasnt the case. However the following morning we went to mske a complaint. We spoke to Jimmy who is by all means the Chef. He was absolutely amazing he got straight on the case and then spoke to Elena the reception manager , who again did everything to rectify isdues. When we arrived in our room we had no towels, no remote and no hairdryer which they do have at reception if...
