"Location 5/10 Staff 7/10 Cleanliness 7/10"

"Staff asks unnecessary questions like wants to see guests in person"

"房間舒適，如果可以改成非固定式蓮蓬頭更好！其他一切很完美"

"The hotel looks small from the outside and the check in counter area is small, but the rooms are huge and very comfortable. They have a robot that delivers food to your room. Staff was friendly even though there were a language barrier but they went the extra mile to help."

"A highly cost-effective choice near Communication University, the location is extremely convenient. It is only a few minutes’ walk to the bus stop across the street, and the subway station is also nearby. Commuting and running errands are both extremely convenient. The room is clean and tidy, and sleeping on the large bed is very comfortable. The room is also clean and hygienic. The staff was extraordinarily kind and accomodating of the language barrier."

Sie haben uns außerdem nicht mal telefonieren lassen um einen chinesischen Angehörigen anzurufen um das...
