"The front desk personnel and manager were excellent. The only complaint I had was regarding room service and returned in the evening to an unclean room. The towels and condition of the room were unchanged. While I was offered points for Hyatt membership, I believe that a discount for the entire stay should be taken and discounted. Hyatt normally sets a high standard, but in this case I feel disappointed. "

"Everything was clean and tidy, breakfast was fantastic. Well lit parking lot and plentiful amounts of parking (some underground which we didn’t utilize as we have a taller vehicle). But the pool being closed during almost 90 degree weather was such a bummer. If the pool was opened it would have been 5 stars."

"One of the very nicest Best Western facilities I've ever been at - the staff were incredibly nice and professional, my room was spacious, perfectly clean and entirely comfortable and best of all, the atmosphere was quiet and calm. Breakfast was good and plentiful in a lovely dining area and they have an outstanding bar/restaurant for late afternoon or evening times as well. "

"The room itself was clean, but I'm quite certain that the bedsheets had not been changed. The bed was made, but the sheets had numerous stains that should have come out in washing, and there was dirt between them. I did not stay; I decided to go elsewhere."

"Adequate for a two day stay and I felt safe and it was quiet enough. Staff asked for preference of down or upstairs. He suggested upstairs, good call. Best part: My room was very clean. Things I could live with: Toilet was wobbly, hair dryer didn’t work, no face towel day two, just two pillows, difficult to get comfortable on bed, bed was hard but comfortable to sleep. "We stayed in the two bedroom unit and there was a surprising amount of space! Each of the rooms have full bathrooms and locks on the bedroom doors allowing complete privacy if needed. The kitchen had everything needed to cook. The desk area was large enough for multiple people. Hotel staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Overall, a quiet, comfortable stay."

"We booked a premium room with a king size bed, but what we received was a premium room with a queen size bed. When we call the front desk they blamed it on Expedia, and told us to call them. If it was more than and one night stay I would have made a bigger deal about it."
