We liked the room and bathroom specifically as hubby is wheelchair bound. But the ceiling had a foot square of black mold. They painted it the next day though. I always book with breakfast but was told we didn’t.

Brand new, very clean and modern, hotel. We both liked the comfort of the beds, the pillows and the blankets. The bathroom was large with the "rainshower" showerhead as well as a handheld showerhead. Excellent insulation in the walls as we heard nothing of our neighbors, or of the traffic outside and we were the closest room to the elevator. We liked the filtered water in the hallway and the Keurig in the room. We wished there was complementary coffee (other than the Keurig) in the morning, that's about the only issue we could think of. The hotel is across the street from Market of Choice and so I bought a 20oz coffee there and enjoyed the short walk.

The front desk was absolutely phenomenal. She was so sweet. We’ve stayed at other Even hotels and LOVE them so we were super excited that they built this one! Check in was seamless, upon entering our room, we were hit with an overwhelming smell of pine-sol. It didn’t appear that the bathtub had been cleaned… there were hairs inside and outside the tub, on top of folded towels and on the walls. The A/C seemed to be on a motion sensor type system, which was fine until we woke in the middle of the night drenched in sweat. The beds and pillows were super uncomfortable, my 4 year old had a hard time getting comfortable enough to fall asleep. We were super excited but unfortunately won’t be staying at this location again. We ended up checking out a day early.

General poor customer service by staff. Room not cleaned between days - staff seemed to be unaware of why - but a friend stayed and her room was not cleaned as well. Hot at night - temp control not great. Otherwise clean and comfortable beds.

The breakfast menu was good, and the food was excellent. The wait staff was excellent, very attentive and friendly. The room was very nice, nearly new. The bed was very comfortable. The entire staff was professional and attentive.

parking was great. Is in a cell-dead area with no cell phone coverage. Not clear at check in that I could log in to the internet free and that would take care of the dead phone issue. This was a very nice hotel. It's very new! Quite comfortable. We really liked having the option to eat at a restaurant right there in the lobby. After driving for hours,we did not want to have to go out again looking for a meal. Food was good.
