"WOW! All things considered, I’ve stayed over the past year at a few random, with a Google search, affordable hotels for unplanned over night stays in the Brooklyn / NYC areas. Adding this hotel 1st time stay this year stood out among many others. In that I was treated really nicely from my initial inquire via a phone call follow-up after just booking on line via EXPEDIA. To a go out of the way receptionist at an early morning hour who made sure personally I was literally guided into an inside...

"We needed a place to stay after our flight was cancelled. What a nice surprise. It was easy to get to from the subway (36th street yellow train). It was near a diner and several places to get supplies. We did our laundry at the big place within sight of the hotel. I would stay here again when we visit Brooklyn again. Thanks to the front desk staff for being helpful!"

"Had a great stay. 2 night business trip. Terrific location for my seminar. Clean quiet room. Friendly staff. Good shower. Great rooftop coffee area which is a combo of inside and outside, with great views and the ability to do some work outside of my room. Had a business meeting there too and it worked well. Definitely would stay again. "
