Hotel Dekat Taman St Leonards

"The hotel is in a great location in Hastings Old Town close to shops and restaurants. The room was spacious, v. comfortable and clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful, including Porters next door (good wine bar/restaurant associated with the hotel). It’s a remote check in/check out but we were sent clear instructions ahead of the booking with a contact host to call when we arrived. Breakfast is also really good with full, vegetarian, and non vegan options. Can’t fault our stay at all,...

"The room was spotless and featured a balcony with views over the sea. Attention to guests every need were in the room. Huge bath with a shower, backlit mirror, glass tumblers and wine glasses, penny of tea,coffee and biscuits. The bed was so comfortable and it was quiet too. Lovely friendly hosts. "

"Good onsite parking within a very short walk to Battle high street and abbey but unfortunately the abbey park grounds were closed but none the less had a lovely pre Christmas one night stay at the Chequers, the food was of good quality both evening and breakfast, staff friendly and helpful, the room spacious and mattress very comfortable but could all do with refreshing but bear in mind it is a very old Inn circa 1478 but what is really needed are blackout blinds on the windows as our room was...
