"Very friendly, great location"

"The renovated room was very adequate, and was clean. Room 109 needs new blackout curtains! There were holes in the fabric, so you awoke to light coming thru the holes, which cheapened the room, and was not attractive. Parking lot was well lit, and people were using the pool regularly. The rocking chairs on property are a nice touch."

"There was only 1 chair in the room (desk chair) so if 2 patrons, one had to sit on bed. Very clean bedding & room. Liked coffee pot in room"

"The hotel is central to everything Sarasota and they have various equipment to assists your stay such as beach chairs and umbrellas, sifting equipment for shark tooth hunting, floats, and many other things. They also have delicious cookies at night and the breakfast is delicious and fun for the kids with a waffle AND pancake maker!! People are warm and friendly and from all over the country!!"

"Nice hotel comfy beds. Room was small no place to sit silly lounge cramed beside bed useless hard to get out of bed. Staf was good, helpful but need to smile more. The weekend cook lady was exceptional!"
