"The room was very clean and spacious. Perfect for a family of four. The only negative was we found mildew/mold in the ceiling over the front door but we saw it the morning we were leaving so it didn't affect our stay. There was no time to stress about what it really was."

"Employees are welcoming! Muhammad I believe property manager was tentative to all families coming in and leaving. Every day was greeted by the staff and making sure we had the things we needed in our room. When it came to cleanliness the only complaint would be the shower bottom corners and around certain areas mold buildup luckily I brought my own disinfectant spray and I cleaned down the bathroom. It wasn’t the worst but definitely not the best. You can tell they clean it smelt really good our linens smelt nice and looked clean on the bed. Every time we asked for extra towels or sheet it was coming directly from out the dryer. The room I purchase I thought was a little bit bigger and had a full kitchen however it did not but the staff definitely did try to accommodate me to upgrade however I did not want to pay the extra almost 300 when the kids were barely gonna be in the room. The location is perfect. Literally walk about 20 feet you’re on the boardwalk. To the left is the office to purchase your beach bands to the right is a nice entrance to get down to the beach. There is plenty of stores arcades shops Carnival, waterpark, definitely a family oriented area. We may be going back next year. Parking was about 2 blocks down down the street. But the lot was decent car was always fine. however just the distance could possibly be an inconvenience for someone else. Overall my experience with the location of the the property itself upkeep was good!"

"The Room was clean and acceptable. Only issue was there was nowhere to put toiletries in the shover and no Wash cloths were provided. Staff was very friendly. Parking was an issue as it appears the property didn't have enough parking spaces to accommodate all on the units."

"Despite the negative reviews of this place I must admit the room I had (105) was quite good,. It was clean, there was plenty of hot water and water pressure in the shower. Shampoo conditioner and soap were provided, The towels and sheets were clean, no hairs or stains,. The shower , was a little scratched on the floor of the bathtub probably because of all the sand, but clean. I am taking 1 star off for 2 reasons, 1) They need blinds on the window because the Persian blinds let in the hallway light and the stairs were next to it and I felt it didn't provide enough privacy, 2) The bed , while very comfortable and clean creaked a lot from the springs. The location is excellent , only 1 block from Midway Steaks / Spicy Cantina on the boardwalk. The parking , while tight was manageable. But we had a pleasant stay and I would stay here again."
