"The only problem I had with the booking was that I had to pay for parking. I booked this hotel almost 2 months ahead of time specifically because the website said they had free parking for guests. They changed their policy 6 days before my check in date and I was not informed. I found out when I checked in. I'm not sure who is responsible for communication with guests, but it would have been nice to get a heads up from the property."

"This property was very nice and had fabulous amenities. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The room was nice and quiet and very clean. They offered a happy hour reception and free breakfast, neither of which we used, but it’s cool they offer them."

"We absolutely loved our stay here. The location was quiet, spacious, and well taken care of. Maricarmen and Carlos provided great communications. The location was perfect for us as it was quick to jump on the freeway and get anywhere we wanted in no time. We can't wait to stay here on our next trip."

"Breakfast was great, the site says they offer a continental breakfast but it was much more. They offered, eggs, waffles and breakfast potatoes along with the standard oatmeal, yogurt and bagels. The front staff was helpful when we asked for suggestions on transportation options. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was spacious. Everything was clean and we had a great stay."

"Everything and everyone was wonderful. My only complaint was the lack of elevator and the windows let too much light in due to ineffective blackout blinds that made early morning sleep impossible."

"When we rented High Point we wanted to make sure we were within walking distance to Seattle Chinese Garden/Astra Lumina. We were literally right across the street to the entrance of the Chinese Garden. The house was very clean and nicely done. Bed and pillows were very comfy 😌 "

"Enjoyed my stay here. It's in a really good area for tourists and restaurants, with the seafront straight down and the Space Needle and easy twenty minutes away on foot. More importantly, it felt very safe. For the first time on a two week trip across six U.S. towns/hotels my room was cleaned without having to request it! And I enjoyed the bar and chatting to staff there. Breakfast was fine but not included and there was no pool, so a slightly lower score there, but otherwise would definitely...
