But during check-in I was informed that the whole hotel is non-smoking. Would be good if I was informed of this prior so I can manage expectations. "

"Great facilities- I love the gym, much better than other hotels I’ve stayed in. The spa and massage were amazing. I used the tennis and pickleball courts when I was there too. And the swimming pool has lots of sun beds which is always nice! Breakfast has absolutely everything! Will definitely stay there any when I return to KL next time! "The room is comfortable. View from room 1913 is nice. But the elevator is slow. very very slow. and parking is somewhat a bit inconvenience and they charge RM 15 per day (multiple entry) and valet parking only. inside very nice. once you get out from the property. its a "sight" to behold."
