"I had to book this hotel as a last minute option due to a family member being taken ill, my main request was to have a room that is quiet and away from any noise as I had spent most nights prior in hospital and hadn’t slept at all for almost a week. The check in lady was amazing and told me not to worry and I loved the room. The location was perfect as I was able to go to the mall very easily."
