"Stayed for 5 nights with my family including 2 kids and we have only good things to say. Family room was good sized and comfortable with strong shower. I love that the hotel is small and cozy. Love the availability of coffee all day long and little things such as choc fountain. It was great that we could make use of the dining area to eat our takeouts while watching the kids play in the safe compound of the hotel. The other plus was the public bath which is open till late."

"Perfect hotel for our needs. Next door to a ski hire shop and immediately opposite the Kitanomine gondola. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. They run a free shuttle service on demand to local restaurants, but there are also several good eateries in walking distance. The hot chocolate was delicious (dark chocolate melted in hot milk). Very friendly and efficient staff. A great stay altogether. "

"Chalet Burlap Furanui is an excellent option if visiting Furano for a ski trip (after three visits to Furano previously, this has been the favourite accommodation wrt value for money). Our room was very spacious with an ensuite, the onsite onsen is a massive bonus, and the breakfast is great! Short walk to the ski hill, and the service from everyone working there was excellent. Highly recommend."

"Their daily variety of breakfast dishes are phenomenal. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Japanese never asks for tips and they did a lot of extra service for you like book a taxi or recommend good dining places. Room is extremely clean and bed is very comfortable. There is no elevator to the 2nd floor rooms. But skiing in Furano is a very enjoyable experience with its perfect weather and nice mountain."

Excellent 5 night stay with family
