"The room had wallpaper coming from the ceilings all around. The bathroom was tub was dirty and mold could be seen around the door trim. The beds collected dust that hadn’t been cleaned for who know how long. The air conditioner was not working properly. We were also stuck in the 16th floor due to the machine on that floor being down. No staff member came, but luckily, guests were getting off on the floor. It was definitely not a great experience."

"I would recommend against staying here and we won’t be coming back. This hotel had so many hidden fees and charges that were not advertised when booking. when you check in, there is a $200 deposit charge and they have nearly $100 in fees that come out of this deposit, so you won’t get at least half of your deposit back even if you leave the room in the same condition you found it. this is very scammy in my opinion. the elevator service here is abysmal, there is construction going on and you...
