"Definitely not a 4.2! The room was not very clean. There were several dead bugs (not bed bugs). Candy and food behind the nightstand on the floor. Dust and cobwebs collecting in the corners of the room. Our sheets had a hole in them. Most of the towels we received either had hair stuck in them (gross!) or were threadbare and tattered. All of the staff we interacted with were very friendly, but unfortunately that doesn’t make up for the horrible accommodations! "

"The room was stuffy. Coffee items in the room stale or spoiled, small bottles of water in room $3 each. Expensive breakfast not included. Staff was kind and helpful. I won’t stay here again."

No locking outside doors, our room door wouldn’t lock either, old and very outdated, cold and mildew smell. We literally checked right back out and into a better hotel. "

"I am very pleased with the cleanliness and the location of my room. The residents on the floor are also quiet. The staff is willing to answer questions and help with whatever they can. I enjoy the complimentary coffee, muffins, and granola bars, as well as just greeting the staff and others in the morning. The parking is adequate, and I feel that my car is safe. Chipotle and Chick-fil-A are right around the corner, there is a Chinese restaurant that delivers, and Sammy’s is about a half mile...
