"Our room and our friends room had a weird bathroom/sewage smell to it for the entirety of our stay. It seemed to be worse at evening time when we got back to our room from being gone all day."

"An actual clean hotel for once in the last 10 years of travelling. Some set in stains on the kings room (207) couch. But otherwise clean bed bath carpet fridge. I would stay again. Breakdast, free coffee and bave a water bottle filler. Good working hoshizaki ice machine. Staff was cordial and helpful."

"Our room was like a mother-in-law suite...it would have been great if we were staying several days. The lobby is underwhelming, the walk through the hallway to our room was hot, but the room was a pleasant surprise and we had a great night's sleep."

"The room itself was very spacious but the bathroom was very outdated and not well maintained. The shower made a loud squealing sound which was kind of frustrating. The parking lot was full of old goose poop which we had to dodge at every step. I understand that it is natural for animals to do that, however it was clear that no one had bothered to power wash or clean the parking lot in a long time."

"As soon as we arrived, we saw a member of staff smoking a joint in the guest parking lot (we do come from a country that has legalized marijuana - so its not unusual for us to see, but this was a first impression optics). We step into the hotel and it was going through a massive renovation right from the front doorway and there is dust absolutely everywhere. We came in with 2 small children in a stroller and were offered a room on the 2nd floor, that looked like it had seen some better days....

"Breakfast was horrible. The attendant acted as though she didn't care one bit. The yogurt in the fridge was all well out of date. The cranberry juice was just water. The eggs are not real eggs and completely flavorless. Most food options were constantly empty. Garbage can overflowing, there were no napkins, there was no salt & pepper. The pancake machine was broken. The elevator was out of order. What kind of hotel has just ONE elevator? These issues covered all three nights of my stay, and it...

"There was no microwave in the room. There was no laundry on the property which is important cause we had basketball players staying there. The pool was not open. The breakfast was not good. They didn't even have butter for the pancakes! Our room was spacious and clean but I probably will not book at this property again."

"I was kinda nervous based on the reviews, but I took a chance and I was pleasantly happy with our booking. The staff was very friendly, you could also request that your room be cleaned if the housekeepers were still there. The breakfast wasn’t spectacular, but I was thankful they at least had it. The pool was nice and it was clean, I know some of the reviews said it wasn’t so I was thankful that it was this time. Definitely will stay here again."
