"This property was very good budget accommodation and close to many of the strategic attractions of the city, as well as the Abbotsford Convent Arts precinct & Children's Farm by the Yarra. Close walking distance to the Vietnamese quarter & Restaurants."

"Is a little dated but quite serviceable. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. The folding shower screen seems to swing inwards though and needed something jammed under it to stay in the closed position so it didn't touch my back while showering"
