"Very nice hotel - clean, friendly staff, very good breakfast. The hotel is only 8 minutes from the beach; fresh Market and Belks are walkable. The only drawback was the room we stayed in faces the street. Even though we were on the third floor we could still hear the road noise throughout the night. "We really enjoyed our room. Spacious and comfortable. Shower wasn’t as clean as we expected. About 3 hairs in the shower area. The outside patio where we enjoyed a bottle of wine was not clean, with a water/beer bottle, plastic fork just laying on the ground. But having said this, we loved our accommodations for the 2 nights we stayed."

"Clean and great customer service only problem it had one king bed and hideabeds I prefer two queens. Office said they don’t have rooms with two queens other than that excellent service nice staff very helpful and breakfast was wonderful it had everything from waffles to yogurt . "Every staff member I encountered was cheerful, friendly and helpful. It has a fresh and fun decor and beautiful pool area. The Tru is uniquely connected to another Hilton-brand hotel that has a good restaurant and bar. The bartender, Michelle, was a great server and made excellent cocktails. There's a gym and laundry facilities onsite as well as some options for board games and cards, a pool table, and a wi-type golf game. We will definitely stay again!"

"Traveling with adult kids means they don't want to share a bed in a regular hotel room (or sleep on a sofa bed), but getting separate rooms often means being at different ends of the hall. Staybridge offered a suite with rooms and beds for everyone, for the same price as getting 2 typical hotel rooms. It was convenient, clean, and the staff was wonderful. We do wish the "living room" area in the suite had more room for sitting -- another chair or 2, or another sofa would have been perfect."
