"Nice and clean. Most of the staff were great. Some issues with the heating and cooling in the room. Hopefully an easy fix. Breakfast was super basic, waffle machine out of order."

"Stylish and comfortable but needs to keep up with the maintenance. (One elevator out of service for part of our stay; card-swipe lock on our first room was so intermittent we were changed to another.)"

"Its tented camping unit. Bugs inside the tent is unavoidable as the wooden floors are few feet above the grass ground and has slight openings. So if you can’t stand bugs then definitely not a place. However if you want outdoor experience with some amenities then its perfect. Fire pits, outdoor seatings under stars. Only inconvenience is bathroom is away from the tent area shower rooms are individual unit. Bathroom and washing area is for both sex. Staffs were friendly and very attentive . ingrid was very helpful while checking in. Enjoyed the stay. Surprised bedding was far better than Hyatt or Holiday Inns . Slept well. Definitely recommend if u want rustic camping experience without having to pack all your gear"

"Location is great! Block away from Ithaca common. Staff is very friendly and accommodating! Pet stays for a flat fee. Only concerns is parking. Luckily we could easily found free street parking after 6 next to the hotel. Great choice if travel with pet!"

"We stayed for 4 nights. The room and hotel were very clean. They have a small indoor pool and gym ( we didn't use ithem). The breakfast was included with great coffee. Free self parking. Near"

"Convenient location to the highway. Efficient check-in. You can drive up and leave your car unattended while you use a bell cart to move your luggage to the room. Lovely lobby. Quiet. Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms, lots of parking. Busy enough to feel quite safe at night."
