"We really enjoyed our overnight stop at the end of Feb 2026. We stayed in the Waynescott Suite and it was such a warm room with a lot of personality!
We definitely recommend this hotel if stopping overnight or staying a few days. We slept so soundly in great beds. Plus the staff was so friendly and helpful. A true of the beaten path gem. "

"Very retro, cool and eclectic decor. Restaurant was 3.75 stars, only complaint is smoking in casino and bars and yapping dog in next room.

"I had a really good stay at the Bristlecone Motel. It’s a motel so there aren’t many amenities, but that’s exactly what I expected. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the sheets smelled fresh. The bathroom and shower were spotless.
I was in the middle of moving and asked if I could have a room where I could park my car right outside, and they were happy to accommodate that, which I really appreciated.
I had stayed down the road before at Prospector’s Casino, and this was a far superior stay in terms of cleanliness. I was traveling alone and felt safe here. Honestly it was so nice I almost stayed another night instead of getting back on the road. I would definitely stay again."
