"We took a suite which had could use a different enter/exit which turned out to be on Chestnut next to Noahs Bagel shop which we loved for breakfast in the room.
Loved the spaciousness and ambiance of the Suite - will do it again - very private and quiet. Kitchen was complete but we only used the micro & fridge - but nice to have.
Parking was tight (as is every spot in S.F.) but very safe and protective of vehicle. Parking alone is what will bring me back.
Walking access to Ft Mason, Presidio and Wharf was very good - but you have to walk - but we love love walking and this will bring us back.

The riu plaza the bed was very comfortable and the floor was very quiet the breakfast was very good with a variety of stuff to eat the only thing they didn't have was any turkey bacon or turkey sausage I brought my own with me and the staff was very nice to warm it up I would stay at the riu when I come again the staff was very pleasant and friendly I asked about the microwave and was told why there is no microwave in the room I feel it should be put back into certain rooms if not all this is just my opinion if you are a member of the riu plaza the discount that you get for being a member should also be applied to the microwave once again just my opinion thank you naomi "
