"The staff was friendly and helpful upon checking in. Restaurant was outstanding. The food was very tasty, well priced and great portions. The staff was hands down the friendliest bunch. Interacted with us and made the dining experience wonderful fil after a day of traveling and sight seeing."

"The staff were super helpful, especially the woman at the front desk, who was very kind and even suggested things to do around Niagara Falls. The room was okay, not dirty, but the cleanliness could definitely be improved. A few suggestions: please add a trash bin near the wash basin, upgrade the shower as the current one is not very useful, and provide a proper locking system for the bathroom door. The overall hotel structure and location are great. With better cleaning and a few upgrades, this hotel could be amazing. The location is perfect for visiting Niagara Falls!"
