"Told upon arrival that the room we reserved and paid for 2 months prior was not available and blamed this on someone else who “left a note stating so” but couldn’t explain why. After much discussion and more than 30 minutes, we DID get the room that was supposedly not available (?) but there was only ONE towel in the room so we had to ask the front desk for more—the person was not very friendly or happy. "Outdoor heated pool was lovely, but, the intakes could have been cleaner. Could use some fresh paint on the exterior as it looks rough, but easy access to rooms and there were updates. Bed was comfortable. Overall cleanliness was not bad, just some mold around rubber intake in the sink. Close to a noisy road, but not too busy at night. Air conditioner ran well. Staff was pleasant and helpful."
