"Clean room, professional staff"

"Very bad hotel, do no book. Front desk staff was incompetent and unprofessional, they charged my credit card twice and I had to close it out for security reasons. Then room key would not work multiple times and then the hapless front desk staff said, oh, it's because your card won't go through. The one you're charging wrongly! I had to lug a suitcase around the city after checking out rather than storing it with them b/c I was afraid they'd lose it. Very bad hotel, worst NY hotel experience in the 20 plus times I've been to the city in my life. "

"Family of 3- room was exactly what we expected. Location was great! We love to utilize the subway and this hotel was close to 3 different transit lines which made it super easy for us to navigate and get anywhere we needed to be in Manhattan. Loved being able to walk to Staten Island Ferry, Wall Street, Battery Park, and loads of local eateries like Liberty Bagel and Tacombi. We loved being able to have somewhere safe to keep our luggage before we checked in and after check out so we could continue to explore NYC. All the staff were lovely and the hotel was impeccably clean."

The staff were incredibly accommodating with my request for a room with a specific view and the room itself was clean and incredibly unique and eclectic. The bed was lovely, breakfast was scrumptious, and overall I loved my stay here and will certainly be back."

"Good location. If there would’ve been a small fridge, it would’ve been 5 stars. Bed was comfortable and AC was COLD! shampoo, conditioner and body wash in dispensers. Blankets on bed were also impressive. Hot chocolate at night. Coffee and tea with cookies in the morning. Microwave is in lobby. "

"Tiny rooms like a cruise ship. Beds on platform against window require either inside sleeper to get out of bed and step down from platform or crawl over partner."
