"This property was probably the most run down, dirtiest place I have ever stayed. However in saying that, it was just bought by the person who checked us in. His staff had showed up late, and it’s the off season. He was so nice and pleasant though, and so was she. Even the police who were parked a street over said to cut our losses and go stay somewhere else. We stayed anyway though, just for the adventure, and like I said…they were very nice. "I arrived on Sunday Night of Memorial Day weekend and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. I didn’t know how busy the Boardwalk is over the holiday weekend, but I enjoyed myself here. After all the holiday makers left it was a very pleasant stay in Seaside! Would stay here again!"
