"There was a weird atmosphere and very unprofessional. I have stayed in holiday inn express for over 20 years traveling and go there for constant clean beautiful hotels but this was a 2 out of 10! Don’t stay here!"

"Several Elevators were broken. No A/C in the lobby."

"I got severe bed bug bites from room 325 and had an allergic reaction from it. I told the staff and showed them the bites. The women at the desk just said sorry. I was like yah I get that but you need to treat the room. I stayed 2 days and tried to check the beds the first day but it is almost impossible with how dim the lighting is in the rooms. Darkness keeps bugs around and then to not have any kind of bed bug protection on the beds is crazy for such a high traffic place. I will be needing to...

"I want to start off by saying the service from staff members was SUPERB! Check-In was swift and simple. I was checked in within a couple of minutes. As for my room, bed was lumpy and wasn’t the best sleep I’ve had. Linens were clean though. Bathroom and sink were very clean! Room entertainment center seemed to be losing its legs due to what seems to be water damage. Which hopefully isn’t due to moisture in the carpet, but from my breathing issues during my stay…moisture is possible. Desk chair...

"I love the courtyard in the middle, it’s great for the dogs to run around and play outside.The staff are so friendly and helpful. They are always willing to help and I am very grateful for their support. The rooms are always so clean and never see any bugs thank goodness! Very quiet and laid back property. Family and pet friendly. However the only thing that I don’t like is the pet fee of having to pay $20/day. It gets to be expensive."

"This is the second time we choose Home 2 for vacation, and it was great. The rooms are clean, the pool perfect and delicious breakfast. The only thing that we complained is the parking in both occasion we went out to eat and if you come late there is no spot to park.. The staff (front desk) was nicer in our first one (Ft. Lauderdale ), Ormond Beach not to much, sorry."

"It is my favorite spot. I come here every year. The price is more than reasonable. You are on the beach. There is a pool and a restaurant on premises. I don’t know what more you could ask for staff is very helpful and give you everything you need."
