"My wife & I enjoyed our 2 night stay very much. Our room was spotlessly clean& the staff were so courteous and friendly & couldn’t do enough to make our visit really special. This lovely old home has been beautifully restored & was recommended as a great place to visit, which in our case was for a special birthday celebration. Also The food & wine could not be faulted."

"Lovely spacious room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Nice area in a covered courtyard to sit outside our room, looking out into the rose garden. Carport for the car. Electric gate provides security. Walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Joel who greeted us was very helpful. "

"Great location & great room. Situated in one of main streets of Armidale, walkable to pubs and food options for travellers. The room itself was clean, tidy and had everything a modern room requires. Easily recommend"

"The reception staff was courteous and the apartment was very clean. They were very generous with bath towels and there were lots of towel racks. There was a sink in the main bedroom which was a plus. The only negatives were that the front door was a bit dodgy and the TV didn't work which was disappointing as we wanted to watch the AO men's final. We stayed for only one night but would definitely return and highly recommend this place to others."

"Upon arrival we were greeted warmly by Angela the manager who upgraded our room which was a nice surprise. The room was spotless and bed really comfy. Continental breakfast was great and reasonably priced. "
