"A four generation property where you are made to feel like family. Such a cozy homey property. Guests are encouraged to walk through the farm to visit the farm animals and taste the fruits. Breakfast is plentiful with fresh ricotta made in house figs from the trees on the property and freshly made preserves and juices. The olive oil is sublime. A bottle is left on every table at dinner and is drizzled onto a plate for guests to dip the freshly baked assorted breads that show up every evening...

"Amazing ! The most beautiful hotel I’ve been to. It is dreamy. A few items to note that are strange for such an high end hotel: not all rooms have bathrobes? Only the bigger suites, which is a weird thing to do considering the price, and for a Michelin grade hotel too… first time I’ve seen this. Also, selection of drinks is limited. Other than that, the service was amazing, the location amazing, loved it. Thank you!"

"We stayed here for 1 night only. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. We checked in late and she even made me a coffee! Beautifully decorated rooms. Everything looks brand new. The air con was a bit of a let down, but everything was great. The pool and the views were also another highlight. And only a 15 min drive to Ostuni. Loved it!"

"We’ve had an incredible holiday staying at Carlos V suite in an annex building just down the lungomare from the main boutique hotel. We had our own rooftop terrace with sun beds and chairs and a Juliet balcony to watch people go by during the evening whilst drinking primitivo wine. All the hotel staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful and the food at their restaurant was outstanding.
