"I have travelled to Kuching many times and stayed at various hotels in this lovely city. I decided to try the the Ranee Suites on a whim. I did not regret that decision. The most stellar part of my visit was the staff. Very polite, well informed and highly responsive! I needed to extend my stay by half a day and although my room was not available, they got me a room and moved my bags in a jiffy. The room I had was huge! It was clean and very comfortable. "No-frills room in a convenient location. Plenty of local food, shopping, bars and cafes, and the riverfront nearby. Air conditioning is cold. Bed was comfortable. For some reason when the person in the room next door walks, the floor shakes. Absent owner was helpful from a distance with tips on Whatsapp."

Très bon emplacement à 2 pas du waterfront mais avec la possibilité de se détendre et se rafraîchir au bord de la piscine au milieu du beau jardin. "I recently stayed at Pullman Kuching and had a very disappointing experience. The hotel is currently under renovation, but there was no prior notice about this. Despite the ongoing construction, the room rates were still charged on the high side at RM400++ per night, without any facilities or breakfast included. The constant noise from the renovation made it extremely uncomfortable to rest. On top of that, the room was not clean, and the shower was not functioning properly. I requested to change rooms, but I was told that all rooms were fully booked. For the price paid, I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, the stay was far from pleasant, and I would not recommend it until the renovations are fully completed and service quality improves."
