"No lift. For those whom always having problem to climb the stairs like myself, this was a real negative setback. No remote control for the aircond, you have to live with it if you can't cope with cold. But the hotel personnel was great, they will try to help you on anything u need."

"The cleanliness is ok. But the hotel is not handicap friendly as there is no lift n tv in the room is not even working. The lighting in the room pretty poor. No aircond remote to reduce or increase the temperatures. Water coming out from the shower is slow n the hot water not working either."

"I have travelled to Kuching many times and stayed at various hotels in this lovely city. I decided to try the the Ranee Suites on a whim. I did not regret that decision. The most stellar part of my visit was the staff. Very polite, well informed and highly responsive! I needed to extend my stay by half a day and although my room was not available, they got me a room and moved my bags in a jiffy. The room I had was huge! It was clean and very comfortable. "Pour nous, la meilleure option de logement à Kuching. Très bon emplacement à 2 pas du waterfront mais avec la possibilité de se détendre et se rafraîchir au bord de la piscine au milieu du beau jardin. L'hôtel à beaucoup de charme, les équipements de la chambre étaient vieillissants mais cela ne nous a pas dérangés."

"Overall a comfortable stay, just no toothbrush/paste was provided. Phone was without instruction/extension to connect to housekeeping. Overall rooms was clean but shower curtain need to be changed with obvious stain seen."

"I recently stayed at Pullman Kuching and had a very disappointing experience. The hotel is currently under renovation, but there was no prior notice about this. Despite the ongoing construction, the room rates were still charged on the high side at RM400++ per night, without any facilities or breakfast included. The constant noise from the renovation made it extremely uncomfortable to rest. On top of that, the room was not clean, and the shower was not functioning properly. I requested to change rooms, but I was told that all rooms were fully booked. For the price paid, I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, the stay was far from pleasant, and I would not recommend it until the renovations are fully completed and service quality improves."
