"This place was amazing! It was a style of Palm Springs. Parking on site, 2 min walk to the beach, coles across the road, with cafes, restaurants and walking tracks. The owner was so nice and explained how he started this motel. The rooms including bathroom, kitchen, living room was huge. Between 4 people the place was spacious for all of us. "Old and very tired, in need of refurbishment. Three main things define a quality room - Plumbing, Pillows and Aircon, FAIL on all 3. You can hear other people's plumbing running. The pillows are thin cheap ones probably bought from Coles and the aircon was ineffective. Had to set it to 17C and flat out to even get the room down to a temperature where I wasn't sweating. Hardly slept and won't ever stay here again!"

"The studios are a very odd design; the tv comes up out of the sofa meaning the only option is to watch it in bed ( the bed is in the middle of the room) and the sofa faces the window. Would have been much more useful having the bed head against the wall and the tv on the adjacent wall with the tv on the adjacent wall.
