"The food was very good. The tent was very hot during the afternoon hrs, but then again it is summer! I was disappointed at the depature to my VIP experience to Bahia de las aguilas. I believe they overbooked and did not have enough staff to provide the VIP service. My buffet arrived late, I had to share the boat with other guests. The captain never picked us up from the beach so I had to ask another captain to drop off us off back to the hotel. Other than this incident I recommend the glamping experience."

"Excellent place from front to back. Will return with more family. WiFi in Tronco 1 needs fixing, dinner could be a bit better but breakfast, facilities and location were 5/5."

"La piscina no estaba limpia , no pudimos bañar en la piscina porque estaba el agua sucia , deberían limpiarla a diario para evitar la acumulación de sucio en el agua , y el baño olía un poco mal . Por lo demás la habitación me gustó mucho estaba muy acogedora y bastante limpia , el trato del personal es bastante bueno , volvería alojarme en este hotel sin problema."
