Bahia Principe Explore La Romana - All Inclusive
2/10 Terrible
"Customer service and front desk staff including the manager very unprofessional. Even though checking time was 3pm my room was not ready till 3:45pm. My paperwork was done earlier than 3pm since I arrived there about an hour earlier than the check in time. After completing my paperwork front desk personnel requested me to come and pickup room keys at 3pm. When I showed up at 3pm, they told me that my room was not ready. I checked out at 11:45am and I was informed “you just made it” since official check out time is 12 noon. That means if I am late they will charge me for delay check out. I have gone many resort vacations and this is the worst resort ever. There was no taste in Buffet food. Very difficult to make reservations for 3 restaurants they have for dinner. We had 13 of us in our group and everyone felt the same way about this. I haven’t seen many people going to the beach for swimming since it was dirty and water was in brown color. Alcoholic beverages they served were terrible. I am not sure how they got “5 Star” rating for this hotel/resort. I wouldn’t give them more than 3 stars for it. I can’t say anything positive about this hotel and won’t recommend anyone to go there."

"Our 4th time stay at Casa de Campo was nothing short spectacular—absolutely everything was excellent! From the moment we arrived, the service was world-class. The staff is incredibly warm, attentive, and dedicated to making your stay unforgettable. The resort itself is breathtaking, massive, and meticulously maintained. Cruising around the beautiful property in our own golf cart was one of our favorite highlight Casa de Campo as always,exceeded every single expectation we had. If you want a perfect, luxury getaway in the Dominican Republic, this is it. We cannot wait to come back! Highly recommended!"

"Las fotos que me mostraron cuando selecione esta renta no correspondian a lo que recibi. Tampoco habia cava en la habitacion. La cama era muy dura. Cuando reclame me dijeron que las fotos que habia visto eran de otra habitacion, que le reclame a expedia."

"Amazing property, couldn t be cleaner. The staff are trained at a very highly level; all very courteous; we really enjoyed the various restaurants and considering it is an all inclusive the food was actually pretty good. I have been to DR 3 times and would for sure consider staying here again. It was my wedding anniversary and they even had a ribbon on your door celebrating us! Loved every moment thank you for making our time wonderful"
