"The website and photos definitely made it appear to be more luxurious than it is in reality. However, we still had an amazing time. The proximity to the springs, ability to rent kayaks on property, and the dining options both on property and nearby were wonderful. The rooms were well kept, but the lack of a microwave was disappointing as well as the entire bathroom situation (not up to date). Overall we had a wonderful experience and might come back again. "

"The lodge has the Old Florida feel and very family friendly. We were able to launch our kayak easily from the boat dock. Kayaking to the Three Sisters Springs is a must see. Also, take the time to kayak around the islands. There is a lot of wildlife. The area also have bike trails that are close by."

"The tub had no plug if you like to take a bath thats out the sink in the bathroom was ready to fall off the wall onto my feet not so good .the door locks need to be replaced old worn out and the room needs a few throw rugs it was raining all weekend and tile got very slippery with soaked feet from the rain."
