De kamer rook bij binnenkomst niet heel lekker en de kamer was niet heel stijlvol, maar vooral zakelijk en verre van romantisch. "It was SO hot when we were in the Netherlands, so our large, cool room with a nice big bathroom was just what we needed after driving up from Amsterdam! The staff were lovely and very helpful. It was also great to be able to go downstairs and have such a delicious dinner. The breakfast was pretty good also. "The room was nice and clean, the only downsides were how many random sets of stairs you have to drag your luggage up and down to get to the correct elevator if your room is in the other building. The two person bed room is really great if you want to sleep next to your partner without snuggling, as if they try they’ll get swallowed up by the beds separating, haha."

"Really fun little hotel, with super helpful staff, who took care of our every need. The larger rooms on the first floor are really great, with a bathtub in the room and nice decor. We did have a night in a second floor room also- just a bit small for us- we’ve been traveling for a while so have more stuff than someone on a weekend away- though still lovely decor and nice and quiet. We used this hotel as a base to explore the area of Friesland and were really happy with the choice."

Heel handig aparte wc en doucheruimte ook apart van wastafel. Eigenlijk 3 aparte ruimtes/gedeeltes gecreëerd. Bij aankomst of vertrek kan de bagage opgeslagen worden in lockers in de kelder. "Leuk hotel in het centrum van Leeuwarden. Wij hadden een kamer aan de achterzijde. Uitzicht op een blinde muur, maar daardoor ook geen last van lawaai van het terras. Schoon, ruim, voldoende kastruimte. In/uitchecken via het ondergelegen restaurant "Fire". Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Aanrader!"
