"A fabulous place with the most friendly and accommodating staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Our guide was the most knowledgeable man who knew the name of every bird and animal we saw. He could spot the smallest bird at the top of a tree whilst driving. He found us our first Leopard - amazing. "This was my second time using this place and the same disappoint came again- the horrible boat cruise experience. The first time some years ago we were stuck in middle of a river, had to plead with a passing boat to jump in, I had an infant and my mother and wife. No apology whatsoever came. This time around . Another of their terrible boat cruise offering jammed with us and struggled to move untill it was literally dark and the only one left, What bothers me is that nobody apologised for all this trauma. "
