This was also true of the Altitude on Montville, which is built on a steep slope. The room that is equipped for disabled access is beautiful. We'd have been very happy there, but it wasn't practical to use it because a power surge during a recent storm had killed the small lift that was needed to access the room. He left toys for my children to play with whilst we were staying. The amenities in the room were better than expected, with an internal laundry, fridge, microwave and more.
