"The room and property were clean as expected. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient. This is a lovely property."

"Booked last minute to stay for our anniversary but was not told upon check in that there was no hot water in the hotel and was also told there was nothing they were going to do about it when I asked to speak to a manager. I was told it was to late (9pm) and that I just needed to go to my room and wait until the next day when a maintenance staff member would be available. There was also no hot water the second night and multiple times I asked for a manager to which each time I was told no and nothing was going to be done. "
