"The property is unique as the place is clean and amenities are good. Though check-in was at 4pm, but we didn't check-in till around 10pm after the unexpected deposit was made. Exhausted as we were, a good rest in the night was much needed. BUT we have to check-out at 11am the next day let alone a string of do's and don'ts to be carried out to ensure a safe return of the deposit! Nice place with a very rigid requirements that made the stay feel restricted."

"Spacious living room. Tv remote not working could not on. Fan remote once turn off cant be turned back on unless off/on the switch. Dining table was not clean underneath the dining mat, sticky residue uncleaned. Shower rack to place toiletries was very rusty. Bed was ok and room comfortable enough to sleep. Price at this homestay unit cheaper than others. Don't expect much then is ok to stay"
