"At first as we arrived around 4:15pm our room wasn’t ready but the reception sort it out. I tried to call the owner before that but the owner no response till we left. The flat is ok but its a building flat so we have neighbours upstairs and downstairs also at the side. Its like compound of flat not sure how they called. "This is a nice property that's had love and care poured into restoring it. The property is however over-marketed (and over-priced) in our opinion. Expedia market as a 'cottage' and the pin shows a central Woolacombe location. Its actually in a holiday/residential park above Woolacombe. "What a lovely stay at Newberry Beach Lodge. The property itself is lovely, spacious and very comfortable. Christopher was an outstanding host, great communication and very helpful as well as cooking a great breakfast! The location and surrounding area are also wonderful and my walking boots got a good outing. I fully intend to come back for a longer stay!"
