"This is a hidden gem in Bordeaux, the hotel is conveniently located to the tram and 5 stops to the city center. On arrival we were welcomed by Brian who has wealth of knowledge of the area and was very kind. Brian really made our stay memorable he even assisted us in ordering dinner. Definitely will recommend the hotel to friends and stay here again when we return. "

Delicious breakfast and also does an evening meal on the pretty terrace, perfect if you have travelled far and don’t want to venture too far, although they provided great recommendations nearby for our other nights. "Beautiful boutique hotel walking distance to everything. Hop on and off city tour five minutes away. Any type of dining nearby! Parking was in a public garage. Unfortunately there is a new system using a QR code to exit but it never worked. Always had to call the attendant to raise the gate. Only five minute walk from hotel. "

"Loved the location, the room, and the ease of checkin. It felt like we were on a street in “real Bordeaux” but we were a five minute walk from the tourist center. Easy self check-in (they send you a code an hour beforehand) and lovely breakfast. Next time we’ll stay longer!!"

"Before we even arrived, Hugo was helping us coordinate wine tastings between the left and right bank wineries, and he did an amazing job. And we cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff, including Margaux, Alexis and Tess!! These ladies were there at every turn making our stay as fabulous as possible!! The food was out of this world, and there aren’t many places where you can enjoy a Margaux by the glass. We loved every minute of it, and forward to coming back! "
