And the elevators are super efficient and fast even when it felt like a lot of people were going up and down. If you do self parking, it is just around the corner maybe a 50 yd walk. Just keep that in mind."

I got the sky loft and even the laundry was complimentary. They have you pay for parking in the lot next door. But you’re not guaranteed to have a spot when you get back because apparently it’s open to the public as well? That was confusing and didn’t understand why there was a needed fee."

"Big noise and bang noise coming from the ventilation system and I had to change the room and dragging all my luggage in the middle of the night to a different room that a nice lady at the reception find it available. The new room was dirty, with moisture around the bathtub grout and smelly walls from 100 years old wood. Never go back in this property "

"The room was clean and spacious and the location is great. But it's a real bummer not to be able to make tea in my room. I woke up hours before the cafe was open. Also staff's suggestion that I use street parking was not super helpful as the max time is 2 hours. I found a pay lot a block away where I could have parked all day for relatively cheap so that info up front would have been helpful."

"A very nice hotel but staff was late for us and we had to wait to check in for about 30 minutes with no one at the counter. We arrived at 7ish, well after check in time. This could have absolutely been an emergency that we weren’t privy to. There is one ice maker at the bottom floor for use and drinking glasses were limited in the room. "Nice quick stay but housekeeping knocked and tried to come back in to our at exactly 900am which I found rude. Check out is 1200. We had been out late for a concert and were trying to sleep in. "
